Weber Dev
The examples page, as it was first called, began to be built on April 7th 1998. The first example was entered by berber at 18:20:58 (GMT +0200). Since then it became a very popular site for web developers all around the world. The examples page was later called Berber's web development assistance site, and eventually evolved into what we all know today as WeberDev.com. It was originally built to show code examples so that novice programmers would find it easier to begin programming in PHP. Since then, WeberDev.com has expanded dramatically. It now contains examples from various fields which are web development related. Even the word "example" isn't the best word to describe our help entries today, but it's a bit like legacy code. Don't let that word stop you from submitting anything you think may help others.
